This is the time that you will be available to MEET US to receive the delivery. HOLIDAYS HAVE LIMITED HOURS. CHECK THE HOLIDAY LIST. If we cannot meet you at your preferred delivery time, we will contact you in advance via email. If you need to change your preferred delivery time, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We only have time in our schedule to wait 15 minutes. If we have to reschedule the delivery, there will be additional fees. Thank you for understanding and helping us to provide quality service to both you and the person who is scheduled after you.

Where will you be staying? *

Please include the name of the property and if possible the address. There are many properties in the area that share the same name. There are a few locations where we can leave the equipment with the bellmen, but generally, we meet you in the lobby or outside the gate.

Will you be staying at any of the following locations? *

Dreams Bahia Mita -- You must contact the concierge to allow us through the gate. If we have to make a second trip, there will be an additional delivery fee.

Secrets Vallarta Bay -- You must be in the lobby at the scheduled delivery time. The concierge needs to call the gate when we arrive.

Vidanta -- You must coordinate with us to meet you in the arrival area. We cannot wait and we cannot go onto the property.

I am not staying at any of the above locations.

Holiday Return *

If your RETURN is on any of the listed holidays, there MAY BE AN EXTRA FEE, and delivery hours may be reduced. Some restrictions are location-dependent. Most hour limitations are for areas south of Avenida Fluvial.

Walking cane

The walking cane is helpful if you are weight-bearing. If you have minor problems with stability or balance. Have you had an injury? Do you have pain while walking? A cane can be helpful. A walking cane will not help with wet surfaces or cobblestones but might be just the little bit of help you need to make walking more comfortable.

Is a walking cane right for you and your situation?

Should you get a cane? Have you used a walking cane before? A walking cane may be right for you if you have good upper body strength and even surfaces to work with. A cane is not very helpful with difficulty with stairs, and cobblestones. An all-terrain wheelchair would be better for cobblestones. Unfortunately, there is no good mobility choice for stairs. We have a stair climber available, but it is limited to straight, wide stairs for use. Forearm crutches are a good option if you are partially weight-bearing, have a small elevator in your building, or will only be moving around inside. Also, Beach Crossers Mobility Rentals Vallarta has a variety of devices to help with manual mobility. Check the Forearm crutches (Canadian crutches) and the Standard aluminum crutches as options. Prices

For the first week, you pay $50 USD including free delivery to many areas. From $7.15 per day

The second week is an additional $25 for a total of $75 USD for two weeks. Thus, that's only $5.35 per day which includes free delivery to most areas of Vallarta.

Consequently, for three or more weeks, the total is $100 USD. That is the price for up to 90 days. As low as $1.11 per day.

We do not deliver to all areas. Our vehicles are modified to allow wheelchairs to enter easily. That means they do not have enough clearance for many roads in Vallarta. Please check the delivery area carefully.

We reserve the right to substitute a similar product.

We make every effort to deliver the product you reserved, but there are times when that is not possible. In those times, we will bring you the best substitute product we have available.
