Prefered delivery hour. *

This is the time that you will be available to MEET US to receive the delivery. HOLIDAYS HAVE LIMITED HOURS. CHECK THE HOLIDAY LIST. If we cannot meet you at your preferred delivery time, we will contact you in advance via email. If you need to change your preferred delivery time, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We only have time in our schedule to wait 15 minutes. If we have to reschedule the delivery, there will be additional fees. Thank you for understanding and helping us to provide quality service to both you and the person who is scheduled after you.

Where will you be staying? *

Please include the name of the property and if possible the address. There are many properties in the area that share the same name. There are a few locations where we can leave the equipment with the bellmen, but generally, we meet you in the lobby or outside the gate.

Select a delivery area. ONE FEE IS FOR BOTH DELIVERY AND RETURN OF EQUIPMENT. There are a few resorts/hotels that we must meet you outside the gate. Most however, we can meet you in the lobby. WE DO NOT COME TO THE ROOM OF ANY PROPERTY. *

Holiday Delivery *

If your DELIVERY is on any of the holidays, there is a required delivery fee. SOME RESTRICTIONS ARE FOR THE SOUTH OF FLUVIAL ONLY.

Holiday Return *

If your RETURN is on any of the listed holidays, there MAY BE AN EXTRA FEE, and delivery hours may be reduced. Some restrictions are location-dependent. Most hour limitations are for areas south of Avenida Fluvial.

Support Step

You can use this step to support up to 500 pounds. Of course, it comes with rubber tips on the four feet. This reduces the risk of slipping. You can use the tall handrail to assist with balance while stepping up onto the platform.  You should not use the handrail without weight on the step. The step is 5 inches high.

Is the Support Step right for you?

If you are able to support yourself and just need a bit of a lift, this support step should do the job. However, if you need more support, then this product is not the best choice. If you grab the handle for support when you do not have a foot on the step, it can be tipped over. A standard aluminum walker would be more useful for balance. Prices

For the first week, you pay $50 USD including free delivery to many areas. From $7.15 per day

The second week is an additional $25 for a total of $75 USD for two weeks.  Thus, that's only $5.35 per day which includes free delivery to most areas of Vallarta.

Consequently, for three or more weeks, the total is $100 USD.  That is the price for up to 90 days. As low as $1.11 per day.

However, we do not deliver to all areas. Our vans are lowered to make it easy for someone in a wheelchair to get in. That means they do not have enough clearance for many roads in Vallarta. Please check the delivery area carefully. You can always meet us at a convenient location.

We reserve the right to substitute a similar product.

Of course, we make every effort to deliver the product you reserved, but there are times when that is not possible. In those times, we will bring you the best substitute product we have available.
