This is the time that you will be available to MEET US to receive the delivery. HOLIDAYS HAVE LIMITED HOURS. CHECK THE HOLIDAY LIST. If we cannot meet you at your preferred delivery time, we will contact you in advance via email. If you need to change your preferred delivery time, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We only have time in our schedule to wait 15 minutes. If we have to reschedule the delivery, there will be additional fees. Thank you for understanding and helping us to provide quality service to both you and the person who is scheduled after you.

Where will you be staying? *

Please include the name of the property and if possible the address. There are many properties in the area that share the same name. There are a few locations where we can leave the equipment with the bellmen, but generally, we meet you in the lobby or outside the gate.

Will you be staying at any of the following locations? *

Dreams Bahia Mita -- You must contact the concierge to allow us through the gate. If we have to make a second trip, there will be an additional delivery fee.

Secrets Vallarta Bay -- You must be in the lobby at the scheduled delivery time. The concierge needs to call the gate when we arrive.

Vidanta -- You must coordinate with us to meet you in the arrival area. We cannot wait and we cannot go onto the property.

I am not staying at any of the above locations.

Holiday Return *

If your RETURN is on any of the listed holidays, there MAY BE AN EXTRA FEE, and delivery hours may be reduced. Some restrictions are location-dependent. Most hour limitations are for areas south of Avenida Fluvial.

Description

An XL Heavy Duty 3-wheel Power Scooter is not for everyone.

The XL Heavy Duty 3-wheel scooter is a big scooter. Be sure it is right for you to avoid paying change fees.

Things to consider when choosing your scooter or wheelchair:

For example, what is the weight of the person who will be using the scooter or wheelchair? Small scooters have a weight limit of 230 pounds. Standard scooters hold approximately 275. The heavy-duty scooters support approximately 350 pounds. Finally, the XL heavy-duty hold up to 425 pounds.

In addition, where will the equipment be used and what are the limitations of that location? Above all, you have to consider the size of the elevators and doors. An extra-large scooter may not fit through doorways or into an elevator. For instance, what is the width of the doorways in the elevators and into the other rooms that need access? How deep is the elevator? Will you need to cross cobblestone or brick surfaces? As expected, the small scooters will not easily cross cobblestones. They may even get stuck.

Have you considered battery life? You will get much more distance from a bigger battery. The bigger the scooter, the bigger the batteries. Do you need the equipment to be moved from one location to another? You can transport a small scooter in a taxi, but not a large scooter. Can the user transfer? If not, a Power Wheelchair may be a better option. They are far more maneuverable and comfortable but require the use of your hand for the joystick.

Do you want the equipment for the beach or pool? Not every location has a ramp to the beach. Obviously, you won't get much use from beach mobility equipment if you can't get it to the beach!

Pricing

The price of the XL Heavy Duty 3 Wheel Power Scooter is $45 USD per day.

A minimum 3-day rental is required.

1-3 days is $135 USD.

Rentals of 3-6 days are $45 USD/day with free delivery in most areas.

Our vans are modified to make wheelchair use easier, but cannot travel on many streets in Vallarta. Please check the delivery map carefully.

You get a 10% discount for rentals of 7-13 days.

Also, if you rent for a total of 14-20 days you get a 15% discount.

You get a 25% discount for rentals of 21-27 days (sometimes 28 days is less expensive than 27 and there is no penalty for early return).

and for long-term rentals of 28-90 days, there is a 50% discount.

Is the XL Heavy-Duty 3-wheel the right scooter for you?

The heavy-duty 3-wheel scooter has a 425 lb maximum weight capacity. Headlights and a front basket are standard. Not surprisingly, the long battery life of this scooter allows for longer outings. The heavy-duty 3-wheel scooter has a comfortable seat that swivels. The armrests lift for easy entry and exit. Be aware that this mobility scooter can only be transported by Beach Crossers.

Delivery Notes

We do not deliver to all areas. Our vehicles are modified to allow wheelchairs to enter easily. That means they do not have enough clearance for many roads in Vallarta. Please check the delivery area carefully.

We reserve the right to substitute a similar product.

We make every effort to deliver the product you reserved, but there are times in the high season when that is not possible. In those times, we will bring you the best substitute product we have available.
