This is the time that you will be available to MEET US to receive the delivery. HOLIDAYS HAVE LIMITED HOURS. CHECK THE HOLIDAY LIST. If we cannot meet you at your preferred delivery time, we will contact you in advance via email. If you need to change your preferred delivery time, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We only have time in our schedule to wait 15 minutes. If we have to reschedule the delivery, there will be additional fees. Thank you for understanding and helping us to provide quality service to both you and the person who is scheduled after you.

Where will you be staying? *

Please include the name of the property and if possible the address. There are many properties in the area that share the same name. There are a few locations where we can leave the equipment with the bellmen, but generally, we meet you in the lobby or outside the gate.

Will you be staying at any of the following locations? *

Dreams Bahia Mita -- You must contact the concierge to allow us through the gate. If we have to make a second trip, there will be an additional delivery fee.

Secrets Vallarta Bay -- You must be in the lobby at the scheduled delivery time. The concierge needs to call the gate when we arrive.

Vidanta -- You must coordinate with us to meet you in the arrival area. We cannot wait and we cannot go onto the property.

I am not staying at any of the above locations.

If your DELIVERY is on any of the holidays, there is a required delivery fee. SOME RESTRICTIONS ARE FOR THE SOUTH OF FLUVIAL ONLY.

Please tell us your requested return time between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. For after hours, please follow up with an email.

Holiday Return *

If your RETURN is on any of the listed holidays, there MAY BE AN EXTRA FEE, and delivery hours may be reduced. Some restrictions are location-dependent. Most hour limitations are for areas south of Avenida Fluvial.

Things to consider when choosing a wheelchair:

Is the Fold & Go Heavy Duty the right choice for you? For example, what is the weight of the person who will be using a wheelchair? Light-weight power chairs have a weight limit of 230 pounds. Standard power wheelchairs hold approximately 275. The heavy-duty power wheelchairs support approximately 350 pounds.

In addition, where will the equipment be used and what are the limitations of that location? It's important that you consider the size of the elevators and doors. For instance, what is the width of the doorways in the elevators and into the other rooms that need access? Will you need to cross cobblestone or brick surfaces? As expected, the small power wheelchairs will not easily cross cobblestone.

Have you considered battery life? You will get much more distance from a bigger battery. Do you need the equipment to be moved from one location to another? Can the person using the power wheelchair transfer into a taxi? The Fold and Go is a great option if self-transfer is possible. If not, consider the Power Wheelchair which has bigger batteries.

Do you want the equipment for the beach or pool? Not every location has a ramp to the beach. Obviously, you won't get much use from beach mobility equipment if you can't get it to the beach! The beaches north from the airport to La Cruz are long, gentle, and perfect for beach mobility.

Pricing

The price of the Fold & Go Heavy Duty is $45 USD per day.

Free local delivery is included with a minimum 3-day rental.

1-2 days is $45 USD per day with an added delivery charge.

Rentals of 3-6 days are $45 USD/day and delivery is included to most areas.

You get a 10% discount for rentals of 7-13 days.

Also, if you rent for a total of 14-20 days you get a 15% discount.

A 25% discount is given for rentals of 21-27 days

and for long term rentals of 28-90 days there is a 50% discount.

Is this the right power chair for you?

The Fold and Go power wheelchair is perfect for someone 350 pounds or less who is able to self-transfer into a taxi. It is only for use on smooth and level surfaces.
