This is the time that you will be available to MEET US to receive the delivery. HOLIDAYS HAVE LIMITED HOURS. CHECK THE HOLIDAY LIST. If we cannot meet you at your preferred delivery time, we will contact you in advance via email. If you need to change your preferred delivery time, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We only have time in our schedule to wait 15 minutes. If we have to reschedule the delivery, there will be additional fees. Thank you for understanding and helping us to provide quality service to both you and the person who is scheduled after you.

Where will you be staying? *

Please include the name of the property and if possible the address. There are many properties in the area that share the same name. There are a few locations where we can leave the equipment with the bellmen, but generally, we meet you in the lobby or outside the gate.

Will you be staying at any of the following locations? *

Dreams Bahia Mita -- You must contact the concierge to allow us through the gate. If we have to make a second trip, there will be an additional delivery fee.

Secrets Vallarta Bay -- You must be in the lobby at the scheduled delivery time. The concierge needs to call the gate when we arrive.

Vidanta -- You must coordinate with us to meet you in the arrival area. We cannot wait and we cannot go onto the property.

I am not staying at any of the above locations.

If your RETURN is on any of the listed holidays, there MAY BE AN EXTRA FEE, and delivery hours may be reduced. Some restrictions are location-dependent. Most hour limitations are for areas south of Avenida Fluvial.

Patient Lift

This is a manual patient lift. You can lift up to 400 lbs. with the handle crank. Be aware that the lift has a two-point cradle. Also, the sling is not included with this lift. Do you need a lift with a sling? Try the Manual Patient Lift with Sling.

With this lift, you can widen the base for stability or narrow it to fit in smaller spaces. Here is a link to a video that shows how to use a manual patient lift. Although it is not the same model, it is similar in the way it is operated. There is also a link to a .pdf document below with similar instructions. You will get good tips and pointers if you watch the video. It is likely that if you are renting a patient lift that you know how to use one. However, we want to provide you the tools to operate the equipment safely and easily.

Lift instructions

If the client is able to assist with the lift, then you might consider the trapeze grab bar. You can use the trapeze only if the bed allows for the legs to slide underneath. Many of the beds in Vallarta are on a solid base of tile or cement. You cannot use the trapeze or the manual patient lift with beds that have a solid base. You need to check with the place you will be staying to make sure they have a bed option that does not have a solid base.

Prices are in US dollars and also include free delivery to many locations

The price of the Manual Patient Lift without a Sling is $15 USD per day with a minimum 3-day rental.

But, if you rent for 3-6 days, you pay $15 USD/day and we include delivery to MOST LOCATIONS. Please check our delivery map to confirm if your location is in our free zone. Beach Crossers Delivery Options

When your rent for 7-13 days, you get a 10% discount.

Also, if you rent for a total of 14-20 days you get a 15% discount.

You get a 25% discount for rentals of 21-27 days

Finally, for long-term rentals of 28-90 days, you get a 50% discount.
