This is the time that you will be available to MEET US to receive the delivery. HOLIDAYS HAVE LIMITED HOURS. CHECK THE HOLIDAY LIST. If we cannot meet you at your preferred delivery time, we will contact you in advance via email. If you need to change your preferred delivery time, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We only have time in our schedule to wait 15 minutes. If we have to reschedule the delivery, there will be additional fees. Thank you for understanding and helping us to provide quality service to both you and the person who is scheduled after you.

Where will you be staying? *

Please include the name of the property and if possible the address. There are many properties in the area that share the same name. There are a few locations where we can leave the equipment with the bellmen, but generally, we meet you in the lobby or outside the gate.

Will you be staying at any of the following locations? *

Dreams Bahia Mita -- You must contact the concierge to allow us through the gate. If we have to make a second trip, there will be an additional delivery fee.

Secrets Vallarta Bay -- You must be in the lobby at the scheduled delivery time. The concierge needs to call the gate when we arrive.

Vidanta -- You must coordinate with us to meet you in the arrival area. We cannot wait and we cannot go onto the property.

I am not staying at any of the above locations.

If your DELIVERY is on any of the holidays, there is a required delivery fee. SOME RESTRICTIONS ARE FOR THE SOUTH OF FLUVIAL ONLY.

Please tell us your requested return time between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. For after hours, please follow up with an email.

Holiday Return *

If your RETURN is on any of the listed holidays, there MAY BE AN EXTRA FEE, and delivery hours may be reduced. Some restrictions are location-dependent. Most hour limitations are for areas south of Avenida Fluvial.

Standard 3-wheel Power Scooter

The Power Scooter - Standard 3-wheel is a handlebar style three-wheel scooter with a 300-pound weight limit. The 3 wheels make the scooter more maneuverable than the standard-4 wheel scooters. You can take this scooter apart to fit into a taxi but it will not fit into a taxi without disassembly. The standard 3-wheel scooter cannot be used on sand or cobblestone. It will work fine of tile streets or other hard, smooth surfaces. In addition, the standard 3-wheel scooter will cross some cobblestone. The armrests lift for ease of entry and the handlebars adjust for comfort.

Things to consider when choosing your scooter or wheelchair:

What is the weight of the person who will be using the scooter or wheelchair?

Where will the equipment be used and what are the limitations of that location? Are there elevators, if so, what is the size of the elevator? What is the width of the doorways in the elevators and into the other rooms that need access? Will you need to cross cobblestone or brick surfaces?

How much battery life do you need? Do you need to move the equipment from one location to another? Can the user transfer?

Do you want the equipment for the beach or pool? Is there a ramp or other access to the pool or beach?

Pricing

The price of the Power Scooter - Standard 3-wheel is $40 USD per day.

First, the base price is $40 USD/day and delivery is included to MOST LOCATIONS.

You get a 10% discount for rentals of 7-13 days.

Also, if you rent for a total of 14-20 days you get a 15% discount.

In addition, you get a 25% discount for rentals of 21-27 days

and for long-term rentals of 28-90 days there is a 50% discount.

Is this the right scooter for you?

The standard 3-wheel scooter has a 300 lb maximum weight capacity. Naturally, a front basket is standard. You can expect the batteries to last about 5hours of actual run time. Of course, the run time varies depending on the weight of the user and terrain. Are you looking for something with a longer battery life? Consider the Heavy Duty 3-wheel scooter, which has a run time of closer to 6 hours. Regardless of which scooter you choose, always charge the scooter for a complete 8 hours each night.
