Escape to a wheelchair-accessible condominium in the gated community of El Tigre Golf and Country Club. Conveniently, our unit is conveniently located on the ground level. In addition, the condominium sleeps 4 and has a long list of amenities. Exceptional security allows for a peaceful experience.

The optional social membership (approximately $20 USD/person/week) gives access to the world-class sports and racquet complex, and, the kids club! Both are a short five-minute walk from the condo. Also, at the sport and racquet club, you will find a complimentary shuttle that will transport you to the Playa Royale Beach Club or to Paradise Plaza for Starbucks, groceries, restaurants, and shopping. The shuttle can also take you to the world-class El Tigre golf course, restaurant, and spa where your social membership entitles you to discounts. All of these amenities are less than a 1-mile walk, but the shuttle is there if you prefer a ride.

One bedroom condo sleeps 4.

The master bedroom has a pillowtop king-sized bed.

There are two additional sleeping areas. First, is the den which has a large sectional sofa. It's perfect for a single or a couple of kids. Second, the living room provides an additional private sleeping space. It has a queen-sized sleeper sofa. It also has a retractable privacy room divider and a separate exit. Anyone sleeping in this area has all of the privacy they need. The bedroom and den share a bathroom but are separated by a privacy curtain. It's not as private as the living room but works well for family members.

There is a grocery store nearby, but the condo is completely turnkey with a fully equipped kitchen, bed, bath, and kitchen linens, toiletries, paper products, basic spices, and cleaning products.

In addition, there is an in-unit washer and dryer. We provide enough laundry products to get you started.

Also, one of the pools you have access to is located just steps from the back door. You can see how beautiful it is in the photos.

Fresh mangos are plentiful during the season, usually from May through September. Of course, you can help yourself. You can watch whales from the beach club during the season, usually from December through April. Hummingbirds hatch in early summer and the butterflies arrive in November. Condominium Rates

Minimum 28 nights stay required.

Maximum 90 nights, but let us know if you want to stay longer and we will consider your request.

Holiday $130/night

Winter Season $110/night

Off-Season $100/night

We have many things that can make your stay more comfortable. and we are happy to provide a few of these at no additional cost.

If available we can provide a toilet seat riser, an  IV pole, a shower seat, and a bed rail
