This is the time that you will be available to MEET US to receive the delivery. HOLIDAYS HAVE LIMITED HOURS. CHECK THE HOLIDAY LIST. If we cannot meet you at your preferred delivery time, we will contact you in advance via email. If you need to change your preferred delivery time, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We only have time in our schedule to wait 15 minutes. If we have to reschedule the delivery, there will be additional fees. Thank you for understanding and helping us to provide quality service to both you and the person who is scheduled after you.

Where will you be staying? *

Please include the name of the property and if possible the address. There are many properties in the area that share the same name. There are a few locations where we can leave the equipment with the bellmen, but generally, we meet you in the lobby or outside the gate.

Will you be staying at any of the following locations? *

Dreams Bahia Mita -- You must contact the concierge to allow us through the gate. If we have to make a second trip, there will be an additional delivery fee.

Secrets Vallarta Bay -- You must be in the lobby at the scheduled delivery time. The concierge needs to call the gate when we arrive.

Vidanta -- You must coordinate with us to meet you in the arrival area. We cannot wait and we cannot go onto the property.

I am not staying at any of the above locations.

Holiday Return *

If your RETURN is on any of the listed holidays, there MAY BE AN EXTRA FEE, and delivery hours may be reduced. Some restrictions are location-dependent. Most hour limitations are for areas south of Avenida Fluvial.

Child Car seat

It can be hard to find transportation that includes a child car seat. Why not just rent one that you can have with you for the duration of your vacation? It's one less big item that you will need to bring with you. So, if you don't need a child car seat while traveling, but you need one after you arrive, this may be just right for you.

More great choices.

Another great option would be the Baby Bug beach stroller. It doesn't go into a taxi or Uber, but it goes down the beach nicely. You can look at the specs here. It's got more options, but if you are just looking for a car seat then we have some availability.

The infant car seat Beach Crossers has available for rent is rated for children 15 to 40 lbs.

Prices are in US dollars and also include free delivery to many locations. Check the map to see if your location is located in the free area. Our wheelchair accessible vans have little clearance and therefore, are not able to pass many of the side streets in the Puerto Vallarta area. If you are staying outside of the free area, look at the map for our meeting places. We have meeting places conveniently located throughout the bay.

For the first week, you pay $50 USD including free delivery to many areas. From $7.15 per day

The second week is an additional $25 for a total of $75 USD for two weeks. Thus, that's only $5.35 per day which includes free delivery to most areas of Vallarta.

Consequently, for three or more weeks, the total is $100 USD. That is the price for up to 90 days. As low as $1.11 per day.

However, we do not deliver to all areas. Our vans are lowered to make it easy for someone in a wheelchair to get in. That means they do not have enough clearance for many roads in Vallarta. Please check the delivery area carefully. You can always meet us at a convenient location.
